If you are not satisfied by a product, you have 14 days to make a return after your purchase. 
Reach us to sav@maraislise.com by mentioning the reason of the return, and we will tell you how to proceed. We only accept items which are bought on www.maraislise.com, in their original condition. 

Exchange

If you are satisfied by an article, but have a size issue, you can return it, we will refund you, and you can proceed to another order on our website. 

Refund


After reception and verification, we will proceed to the refund by the same payment mean. 
You will receive you refund within 72 hours business days. 

Caution : Any worn or damaged article will be automatically returned to you. 

Colis endommagé


In case of a damaged box, we suggest you not to accept it (opened package). Indeed, orders wich are sent from our warehouse are in excellent conditions, and has to be delivered in the same way. If there aren't any notifications, we won't be able to cover any loss, or proceed to a compensation.

*Customer are in charge of any return risks. Boxes have to be sent with any kind of proof of shipment.
