RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us within that period via the form at the bottom of the home page (the "Questions" section), or directly at hello@maraislise.com. You may also use the model withdrawal form below.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Only products returned in their original condition — new, unworn, unsoiled, with their tags — and purchased on www.maraislise.com are accepted.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense. To protect you in the event of a dispute, we strongly recommend returning your parcel by a method that provides proof of dispatch with a confirmed date (tracked parcel service, recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.). The risks associated with the return shipment are your responsibility.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If the size doesn’t suit you, please return the product for a refund and place a new order on our site for the size you want. Standard shipping charges will apply to this new order.
REFUND
Once we have received and checked your return, we will issue the refund within 14 calendar days, using the payment method from your order.
Any product that has been worn, damaged or returned incomplete will be sent back to you automatically and cannot be refunded.
PARCEL DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Parcels dispatched from our warehouses are always in perfect condition. If your parcel is delivered with packaging that is visibly damaged or open, please refuse the parcel from the carrier.
If you have nevertheless accepted a damaged parcel, you have 3 days to lodge a complaint with the carrier and contact us at hello@maraislise.com with supporting photos. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to process your request.
