ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

ORDER TRACKING
Whichever delivery method you choose, a tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery in real time on the carrier’s website.
DELIVERY DELAYS
The times shown are estimates. They may be longer during busy periods (sales, holidays) or because of public holidays. In the event of a significant delay, contact us at hello@maraislise.com. In accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery does not take place within the agreed time, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCEL
If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will handle the claim and offer you either a re-shipment or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of the dispatch date at hello@maraislise.com.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If an error results in the parcel being returned, re-shipping charges may apply.
